The apartment is within easy walking distance of the new El Faro shopping centre, where you will find a supermarket,Irish Clover pub and a restaurant.

The apartment is south facing with a large roof solarium where you can enjoy the sunshine all day in your own privacy complete with sun loungers, tables and chairs or just relax in the shade under a sun canopy watching the sun set over the Sierra Espuna National Park.There is also gates at the top and bottom of the stairs for saftey where children are concerned.

The apartment is situated in an excellent position within a Mediterranean style garden with a communal pool complete with children's pool area.
The apartment has been furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high contemporary style with all the amenities you would expect from this 5* luxury living including Air Conditioning, 32" HD LCD TV with British satellite and DVD. There is also fresh filtered running tap water now installed for your convenience in the kitchen along with all other utilities expected.
