for the accuracy or currency of the information contained within
the website.
1.2 The property details content is the sole responsibility of the
owner of the property and are encouraged to ensure the authenticity
and accuracy of the content before the details are produced online.
1.3 Murcia Golf Owners are in no way liable for any inaccuracies
or omissions made from the information provided by the owner of the

Design and Layout
2.1 Murcia Golf Owners reserves the right to determine
the design and layout of advertisements.
2.2 Murcia Golf Owners reserves the right to edit copy, or amend
layouts and photographs supplied.
2.3 Murcia Golf Owners cannot be held responsible for any loss or
damage, resulting from any changes made to photographs or copy supplied
by the advertiser. |
Copyright
3.1 Material and software on this site is copyright protected.
3.2 Murcia Golf Owners shall be entitled to reproduce part of whole
of any photographical and textual material supplied by the advertiser.
3.3 Murcia Golf Owners claims copyright to the electronic pages and
images of the photographic material supplied by the advertiser.
3.4 The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the photographic
and textual material supplied and has ownership of copyright or has
authority from the copyright owner to grant Murcia Golf Owners permission
to use the material.
3.5 All digital images produced by Murcia Golf Owners shall not be
reproduced without our permission.
3.6 Murcia Golf Owners cannot be held responsible for any infringement
of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.
3.7 The advertiser agrees to indemnify Murcia Golf Owners from all
claims costs arising out of any infringement of copyright for photographs,
images or materials supplied by the advertiser. |
Photographic Material
4.1Murcia Golf Owners will take the utmost care of all materials
and photographs supplied by the advertiser for preparation of
advertisements.
4.2 Murcia Golf Owners cannot be held liable for any loss or damage
to any material or photographs, however caused. |
Liability
5.1Murcia Golf Owners does not warrant that the operation of the
website will be uninterrupted or error free.
5.2 In no event shall Murcia Golf Owners become liable to the advertise
for any special , consequential, incidental or indirect damages,
including lost profits, however caused, on any theory of liability,
including but not limited to product liability. |
Links to Personal Website
6.1 Murcia Golf Owners reserves the right to refuse to set up a hypertext
link, and to remove links without notice at our sole discretion.
6.2 Murcia Golf Owners preservers the right to charge for hypertext

Exchanging Properties
7.1 Each advertisement relates to a particular property, which is
given a unique reference. Substitution of an advertisement to
a different property, by changing text and photographs is not
allowed |
Guest Books
8.1 Any entries added to the Guest Book section must be genuine comments
from guests who have stayed at that particular property. The
e-mail address of the person supplying the comments must be given
on request. |
Termination of Advertising
9.1 Murcia Golf Owners reserves the absolute right to refuse to accept
any advertisement submitted. If advertisement has been paid for,
then a refund will be made less a £10 administration fee. Any
materials submitted by post will be returned.
9.2 If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from
the website before the end of their subscription, this will be done,
but no refunds will be paid.
9.3 If Murcia Golf Owners receives substantial complaints from site
users about a specific Property Page misrepresenting the property
or its surroundings, including knowingly double booking a property,
then we reserve the right to remove the Property Page without notice,
and retain payment.
9.4 If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into our
website, or persistently misuses the online systems, Murcia Golf
Owners reserves the right to remove the associated Property Page
from the website, but no refunds will be paid. |
Advertising more than one property
10.1 Only one property can appear on each advertisement.
Murcia Golf Owners reserves the right to amend any property adverts
not adhering to this policy.
10.2 Where an advertiser has paid for multiple properties, then Murcia
Golf Owners reserves the right to allow a link from one property
to another, within our website. |
Payment Policy
11.1 Payment for advertising must be in British Pounds by major credit
and debit cards, or a cheque on British Pounds.
11.2 Murcia Golf Owners reserves the right to not put the advertisement
online until the cheque has cleared. |
Refund Policy
12.1 If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed
from the Internet before the end of their subscription period,
this will be done, but no refunds will be paid.
12.2 If the account is terminated in accordance with clauses 9.3
or 9.4 then no refund will be paid.
12.3 If the account is terminated in accordance with clauses 9.1 then
a refund will be given less a £10 administration fee.

Changes to pricing and conditions
13.1 Murcia Golf Owners reserves the right to change the rates and
conditions without notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately
for new advertisers and upon renewal for existing advertisers. |
Level of Service
14.1 In the interest of achieving a high level of service to holidaymakers,
we require all advertisers to be available to respond to e-mail
or telephone enquiries.
14.2 If an advertiser is away for a period of more than one week,
then either a different contact number should be provided or set
up an answer phone message to that effect.
14.3 Murcia Golf Owners reserves the right to temporarily remove
a property page from the website, whose owner is unreachable for
more than 1 week.
14.4 Murcia Golf Owners will endeavour, as far as practical to ensure
that the website is available to the public at all times. However,
Murcia Golf Owners are unable to guarantee 100% website uptime. |
